About Mike

As a Product Launch specialist and coach, my experience is very broad and includes software development of financial products, CRM systems, PPM systems, and ERP software. I have delivered large programs utilizing Waterfall and Agile frameworks. These development methodologies pair well with my entrepreneurial spirit and ability to handle daily ambiguity. I possess strong organizational, influence, facilitation and problem solving skills. I work with my management sponsors to remove roadblocks, honor change control, ensure success - all while slaying a few dragons along the way to meet our agreed upon project goals and timelines!

I live on a few peaceful acres with my wife and perfect micro-saint bernard named Oreo! I love to be outdoors, I have an expansive garden, and love to fix and re-purpose things. I am always excited about the idea of "up-cycling" something that has been left for dead. Whether it is an old piece of furniture that needs some TLC to be repurposed to a friend, or some computer part finding a new purpose from my vast collection of things I can't seem to throw away!
